In 2007 alone, Millsport earned nine awards for its sports marketing programs, including a prestigious Cannes Gold Lion, Promo PRO Award, Globes Award, Stevie Award, Ex Award, and a Bill Veeck Sports Marketing Award from St. Louis University.
AT&T: Driving Trial and Distribution
Objective
- Increase brand preference and dimensionalize multiple AT&T product offerings
- Generate trial and induce service upgrades and/or bundling commitments while capturing customer data
Strategy
- Leverage AT&T collegiate football marketing assets (Cotton Bowl, Red River Shootout, Big 12 Conference, 13 Division 1-A schools) as content and context to engage key consumer segments
- Deliver unique interactive, "edutainment" product/service experiences utilizing a national mobile marketing platform
- Mobile marketing tour travels to AT&T-sponsored college campuses and titled events throughout the football season
• 53' football-themed experiential stations and environment enabling rich fully-interactive product demonstrations
• Sweepstakes overlay and themed-prize giveaways entice and lead consumers through experiential stations
• Extensive data collection at multiple points throughout the tour as well as via consumer insight studies
